This minimum is usually met when all players order at least a basic package, which includes:

• One 5x7 team photo

• One 8x10 individual photo

• Two 5x7 individual prints

• Eight wallet-sized prints

We also offer optional upgrade packages to fit all budgets.

When your team’s combined orders meet or exceed the minimum, the entire photo session is covered—no out-of-pocket cost to the team.

What is your turnaround time? Turnaround times vary depending on the type of order:

• Gallery merchandise: Typically ships within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted.

• Canvas prints (photo provided, no editing): 1–2 business days.

• Photoshoots requiring significant editing: Please allow 3–4 weeks.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST are processed starting the next business day.

After your photoshoot, you’ll receive a link to your personal online gallery—usually sent via email or another agreed-upon communication method.

Please note: While you’ll get the link right away, your gallery may take upto 7-10 business days to appear (longer if it is a large group and all images require pre-editing before purchase).
